A federal court judge has ruled that actress and vocalist Lindsay Lohan’s claim against Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive can proceed. Rockstar and Take-Two tried to get the case tossed out, but a New york city District Court said that it can proceed. Lohan sued the developer of Grand Theft Auto 5 and its moms and dad business over a character that appears in the video game and on the cover, asserting that it is highly based upon her likeness and life story.
